Help us improve the experience at Anza Park by providing your input on potential improvements.
The City of Tucson would like the community's input on possible improvements to Anza Park. The goals for the project include increasing community recreation opportunites, improving safety, and beautification. Your input will help us understand how the park is used, what ammenities the community would like to see there, and how the park should evolve.
Anza Park is located at 1000 N Stone Ave on the southeast corner of Speedway and Stone. The property was acquired by the city as part of the original townsite in 1872 and in 1917 it was declared a park. The historic park is a contributing property in the West University historic neighborhood. The park's layout and proximity to both the neighborhoods and Pima Community College's downtown campus offer significant opportunities to enhance the resident experience. The City of Tucson is working to gather input and establish funding sources for potential improvements.
The City would like your input to identify ammenities that would enhance your park experience.
